Cafe Del Mar

Finally! I got all ten volumes of Cafe Del Mar, plus the 20th anniversary set. Go BitTorrent! (Yes, I am still on 28.8k dialup. Yes, it did take a painfully long time.) Still need the chillhouse mixes and a couple other ones though.

My favourite is still Volume 7. Jose Padilla’s stuff is the best. Bruno’s selections (Vols 8, 9) are rubbish, although Volume 10 does manage to redeem him.

28.8k dial up!! (Sorry but I dont know the story behind this) Send me your address and I will POST u a 56k modem. Mine has just sat here for the past two years not in use. I was going to throw the bloody thing away….but it sounds like you could use it…

I HAVE a 56k modem. It connects at 28k. Dodgy Telstra POTS wiring. No possibility of cable, or ADSL. It’s like sucking concrete through a straw. And I’ve been doing it for ten years.
