Odd, I remember Wain’s paintings being used as an example of what happened when a schizophrenic (or maybe, schizotype) painted over the years, in my eighth grade text book. They’re very vivid paintings and unmistakeable, definitely. Oh. The page refers to psychosis first and only makes a passing mention of schizophrenia.
